Are false eyelashes made of animal hair?No! All our false eyelashes are made of synthetic fibres. This is an important value for Hoodielash.

Can I reuse my false eyelashes several times?Of course. As written on the back of your box of Hoodielash false eyelashes, they are reusable up to 20 times, if you take care of them. To do this, do not hesitate to consult the Tutorials section of our site. You will find advice on the application and care of your false eyelashes, for an optimal lifespan.

Where can I store my false eyelashes between uses?The box of false eyelashes was designed for this purpose. A false eyelash has a lifespan of up to 20 sets, so it is important to be able to protect it between each use. For that, we thought about a semi-disposable packaging. It is made of solid cardboard, with a sliding drawer that allows you to put your false eyelashes back on their support between each use. You can therefore store your boxes and different models as you wish, until their end of life. Besides, you'll see the name of the model inscribed on the edge of the box for vertical storage if you prefer, with a direct view on the model of the day.

What does THE BOX accessories box contain?The Box is THE box of accessories that will help you for the perfect application of your Hoodielash false eyelashes. It contains: - A false eyelash applicator to apply your glue and your false eyelash easily and precisely - An eyelash curler to curl your natural eyelashes that will fit false eyelashes perfectly (with spare tips) - A pair of scissors to cut the strip according to the width of your eye - A pair of tweezers, to give you a doe (or fawn) look thanks to a perfect eyebrow shape

I would like to buy the accessories separately, can I do that?Currently, we only offer the false eyelash applicator individually in the Accessories section. But THE BOX contains all the accessories you will need.

Is it dropshipping?No! Dropshipping or "direct delivery" is a sale on the internet in which the seller is only responsible for the marketing and sale of the product. It is the seller's supplier who ships the goods to the end consumer. At Hoodielash, products are designed here, created with our suppliers, then delivered to our storage space, packaged and sent by us to land in your mailbox. The factory is only the "manufacturer" of the product, like most of the businesses and brands you know.

When will I receive my order?We ship the package within 48 to 72 hours. Delivery is then made via BPOST (for Belgium) and BPOST International for France and the rest of the world. For Belgium, delivery is usually guaranteed in 1-2 working days.For France, delivery is generally guaranteed in 2-3 working days. For the rest of the world, the delivery time varies according to each country and can be up to 12 working days. All the necessary info is under the Delivery section.

I did not receive my order. What should I do ?If you have not received your order, contact customer service by email at contact@hoodielash.com specifying your order number.

How do I track my package?We send an order confirmation by email within 48 hours. You will then receive a shipping confirmation shortly with the tracking number.

What shipping method is used?Our shipments are handled by BPOST in Belgium and BPOST International for the rest of the world.

Can I return my order?Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the day after the day of delivery of the goods, if the product has not been used or damaged. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and the goods travel at their own risk. I therefore advise you to keep the tracking numbers of your shipment. Within these 14 days, you must notify your decision to withdraw by means of the form withdrawal. Once your package has been received, give our team a few days to process the request. You will receive an email to let you know when the refund has been approved and processed. Warning: if one or more products are damaged, you must send photos of the damaged products and the shipping box by email to contact@hoodielash.com. All the necessary information is in the section Withdrawal .

Do I have to pay customs taxes?In Belgium, France, as well as the countries of the European Union, you will not have customs duties. But items shipped to Switzerland or outside Europe are subject to possible additional costs. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or reimbursed by Hoodielash.

Can I change my order after confirmation ?No, your order cannot be modified after your payment.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?No. You can order as a guest. Howerer, by creating a Hoodielash account, you will have direct access to all the information concerning your previous orders or those in progress. You will also be added to our mailing list, and will receive news and promotions by email.

The item I want is no longer in stock. When will it be available again?When you are on the page of the item you want, you can click on the "notify me of restock" button. All you have to do is enter your e-mail address, and you will receive the restock notification by e-mail as soon as possible.
